Why participate in this raffle?
By purchasing tickets in this raffle you are enabling Chabad to continue and expand its vital work on behalf of Jewish students and faculty!

Until when can I enter the raffle?
The raffle has been extended and will now close at midnight EST on Monday, June 13, 2011.

When will the raffle be held?
Thursday, June 16, 2011.

Where will the raffle be held?
Chabad on Campus International | 4235 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33140
Results will be posted on this site beginning June 16 for a minimum of thirty days.

Will I be notified if I win?

The winners of the raffle drawing will be notified via phone, email and/or postal mail. All prizes must be claimed within one (1) month of notification or prize may be forfeited.

How do I enter the raffle?
Visit the raffle page on this website, or mail your application along with $36 per entry to Chabad on Campus International, 4235 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33140. No purchase necessary: To submit an entry without a contribution please record your complete name, address, telephone number and email address on a 3" x 5" index card and mail to: Chabad on Campus International, 4235 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33140.

Is my raffle contribution tax deductible?

According to the United States Internal Revenue Service, raffle contributions are not tax-deductible.

Here are some important rules and information:
By entering this raffle, participant (and participant's parent/legal guardian) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of pocket costs incurred to enter.

By entering the raffle, the participant agrees that his/her name and likeness may be used for promotional purposes. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. 

Chabad on Campus satellite centers market and refer purchasers to the Chabad on Campus International raffle. Proceeds of these raffle purchases are distributed to the referring non-profit Chabad center.

Campus Shluchim and their children and Chabad on Campus employees are not eligible to win.

Winners will assume and be responsible for any licensing, registration, and other fees, and any local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation any applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes. The decision of Chabad on Campus International shall be final on all matters concerning the Raffle.

 

 
Funds will be drawn on U.S. currency. Prizes will be awarded in U.S. currency.
Raffle closes on Sunday, June 12, 2011.
